Tesla CEO Elon Musk has once again hit back at US Senator Chuck Schumer , accusing him of potentially being involved in government fraud. The tech billionaire was responding to a X post by Schumer stating “Trump has unleashed chaos on America”. Replying to Schumer’s post, Musk wrote “Chuck, I’m starting to think you’re getting a piece of the action with the government fraud. But no, that couldn’t possibly be the reason, could it?…”

What Chuck Schumer said about Trump tariffs
In a post on X, Schumer wrote:

Trump has unleashed chaos on America

—His tariffs hit families with largest tax hike in more than 50 years

—DOGE is sabotaging Social Security , Medicare, Medicaid

—The market is having its worst 3 days since COVID

And Congressional Republicans are going along with it all so they can cut taxes for billionaires

In another post, Schumer attacked Elon Musk and Department of Government Efficiency ’s ( DOGE ) action against social security frauds saying “What Elon Musk is doing at Social Security is cutting benefits. And Senate Republicans are standing with him.” “They blocked our amendments last week to protect Social Security from DOGE and reverse the Social Security layoffs and office closures,” he further added.

Musk fired back, replying “The intern running Schumer’s social media account is lying”.

Schumer has previously criticized DOGE in February this year. He then said “The American people will not stand for an un-elected secret group to run rampant through the executive branch. Being innovative is good, but Mr. Musk, this isn't a tech startup. These are public institutions.”

Quoting the tweet, Musk wrote, “He’s mad that @DOGE is dismantling the radical-left shadow government in full view of the public. This is our ONE CHANCE to return POWER to the PEOPLE from an unelected BUREAUcracy back to DEMOcracy!! Only with the support of YOU can this succeed. Thank you, unknown soldiers.”
