
A "bubbly and outgoing" young woman tragically died nearly a month after suffering a fall at a city centre bar.
Georgia Harry, aged 26, had an unfortunate when she fell down the stairs at the Lost on Seel Street during a night out with her friends on Monday, March 17. She was immediately taken to hospital and thnr placed on life support.
Nicola Poolton, Georgia's heartbroken mother, told the that despite being removed from life support on April 8, her brave daughter "fought until the end", clinging to life for a further five days before sadly passing away on April 13, surrounded by her loved ones.
An emotional service took place on May 7, with a multitude of Georgia's friends and relatives flooding St. Michael In The Hamlet Church to honour her memory.

Paying tribute to her daughter in the Echo, mum Nicola, 44, reminisced: "She was very bubbly, outgoing and friendly with everyone. She was a hard-working girl who loved to have fun with her friends and going on holidays. She was so sociable."
Georgia shared her Aigburth home with her mother and two cherished dachshunds, Mabel and Maggie, and was employed at the Liverpool Passport Office in the heart of the city. Her mum fondly remembered Georgia's zest for life: "She loved reading and taking her dogs out for walks. She loved doing the pub quizzes too."
Reflecting on the devastating time following the accident, Nicola recalled the immediate prognosis: "She was in ICU at The Walton Centre. We were told on the night that they didn't she would make it through the night.
"But when we turned off life support she survived for five days. She was a fighter and she fought till the end. She was strong."
Nicola said her daughter succumbed to a severe head injury. Following the tragic event, Merseyside Police confirmed that a woman named Georgia had suffered a fall down the stairs at Lost around 2.15am.
The police have launched an appeal for information, seeking two men who might have witnessed the fall and could aid in their ongoing investigation.
Nicola also shared that the police investigations have concluded and an inquest is scheduled for July this year.
