Trisha Goddard ignores Big Brother's plea to leave house after sad eviction

Trisha Goddard really meant it when she said she didn't want to leave the house.

Viewers of the series were left in hysterics when the chat show legend didn't leave the house when told to, seconds after. The TV legend was sad as her name was called out, with Patsy Palmer and Jack P Shepherd surviving the vote.

But instead of leaving the house as requested by , she went around to everyone and said her goodbyes. For minutes she was having personal interactions with each housemate, making sure she said what she wanted to.

All the while, Big Brother's voice got louder and louder as he begged: "Trisha, please leave the Big Brother house." This went on and on, until he got louder and began saying in a stern tone: "Please leave immediately."

But Tricia declined to leave and continued to ignore the voice, as she said farewell to her co-stars before finally leaving the house. She didn't even get a 10 seconds countdown, and instead Big Brother counted down from five to one before she left the house for good.

While initially getting some boos, she left the house to cheers before sitting down with hosts and . But fans were finding the whole moment with Trisha refusing to leave hysterical.

Taking to social media, fans commented on Trisha being "iconic" for not leaving and ignoring Big Brother's shouty demands. One fan posted: "Trisha giving zero f***s about the 'leave immediately' will always be iconic."

Another fan said: "Obsessed with Trisha not giving a f**k about Big Brother demanding her to leave and taking all the time she wants to say her goodbyes." A third said: "Please leave immediately, please leave IMMEDIATELY big brother is fed up of everyone’s shite."

A further comment said: "Trisha completely ignoring Big Brother’s instruction to leave immediately is fully sending me," as another added: "Lol, Trisha really didn’t want to leave did she." Another fan said: "No one ever takes notice of being told to leave."

Speaking to hosts and , Trisha said she was "kinda sad" to have been evicted. She added: "A bit sad, I can't lie." When asked whether she was shocked to discover who nominated her, Trisha said she wasn't shocked but despite Ella Rae Wise claiming she had no interest in her – Trisha later confirmed that she had gotten to know her in recent days.

"It would have been Mickey, but with security pretty close," she joked when asked about who she would name drop in the future. She went on to laugh that the few days she shared with the Hollywood legend were an "experience." Trisha also admitted sharing her cancer journey on the show as crucial as it is "part of her life." "It was a break, heavy subjects came up every now and then, but it was a break," she admitted.
