Dune actor Jason Momoa looked like a completely different person after shaving off his beard after six years. The Aquaman actor is known for his lengthy beard but made the tough decision to shave it all off to spread an important message about single-use plastics.
In a post shared on social media, the Game of Thrones actor, who recently hostedOzzy Osbourne's final Black Sabbath show in Birmingham before his death, said: "Haven’t shaved in six years, and here we are again. I launched @mananalu to help eliminate single-use plastic. Now, we’re taking it even further, partnering with our team at @Getboomerangwater to bring in a closed-loop system that sanitizes and bottles water onsite.
"That means even less waste, reduced shipping footprint, and our aluminum bottles get reused over and over. This is the future, and we’re starting in Hawai’i. Let’s get rid of single-use plastic. For our children and for our planet. All my aloha, Jason." It comes as Jason is one of the stars expected to attend Ozzy Osbourne's funeral this week.

In the video, Jason looked fairly anxious as he shaved off his facial hair as he yelled out: "God damn it, I hate it."
He continued: "I think it's been six years, maybe a little bit more since I did Dune. What was really special about that is that when I started Mananalu."
Mananalu is an eco-friendly, aluminium-bottled water brand founded by the actor with the mission of eliminating single-use plastic bottles.
Fans rushed to the comment section to share their thoughts on his new beardless face, with one writing: "Dune 3 is coming! You look handsome either way, I am a huge fan of the beard however!"
"Great you look so handsome omg Jason why do you hide your beautiful face," another posted while one said: "He is beautiful no matter what. Thanks for using your platform for good."
Meanwhile, Jason has been working on the third instalment of Dune, which is set to hit screens in December next year. The star's son, Nakoa-Wolf, is playing the role of Timothee Chalamet and Zendaya's on-screen child.
He recently shut down any speculation he helped his son secure the acting role, explaining that the teenager did it on his own.
Speaking to Extra, he said: "He's in for a rude awakening is what he's in for. He’s into the workforce for the first time." Speaking about the nepotism claim, he added: "It's going to be good.
"He did it on his own. I don't want to help him, and he's done it all on his own, and good for him. You want your children to be better than you, and I really, actually believe he is.
"I couldn't do what he's doing at his age. There's no way I could sit in a room with [Dune 3 director] Denis Villeneuve and hold my own. I was on Baywatch at 19. He's 16 and holding s*** down with Denis Villeneuve."
