Enzo Maresca's side now find themselves as the Premier League's last representatives as they gun for a place in the semi-finals against Fluminense, who beat Inter Milan in the round of 16, or City's Saudi-Arabian conquerors. However, they must first find a way past Brazil's most storied and successful club in Palmeiras.
Chelsea made their way into the last eight after a colossallast-16 clash with Benfica that saw them triumph 4-1 after extra time. Goals from Reece James, Christopher Nkunku, Pedro Neto and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall ensured the Blues carry the English flag into the quarter-finals.
Palmeiras, meanwhile, came through a tough game with compatriots Botafogo to become the first team to book their place in the last eight thanks to Paulinho’s extra-time strike. Here, we take a look at all you need to know to watch the clash between Palmeiras and Chelsea for free.
