Good Morning Britain star looks worlds away from ITV show in fishnet tights and hotpants

A Good Morning Britain star has shocked fans after sharing a cheeky video of her dancing in some “booty shorts” and fishnet tights with her famous husband.

Journalist Katy Rickitt joined the ITV show way back in 2012 as a news correspondent, and has covered a range of stories ever since.

Away from the programme, Katy is married to actor Adam Rickitt. Adam is best known for playing Nick Tilsley on Coronation Street from 1997 to 2004.

The pair first met when Katy interviewed Adam back in 2011 on GMB. Three years later, the couple tied the knot in a winter wonderland wedding in December 2014.

As well as their own individual successful careers, Katy and Adam also own an artisan bottle shop called Dexter and Jones, located in Knutsford in Cheshire.

And recently, the pair took to the Dexter and Jones TikTok account to advertise an upcoming event at the shop. And it’s fair to say Katy looked rather different.

In the video, Katy dressed up in a school uniform, complete with a cropped white shirt and a teeny red tartan miniskirt.

The TV star also slipped into some fishnet tights and black boots. Adam wore a similar school uniform outfit too, including a white shirt, tie, black shorts and a cap.

With Britney Spears’ song Hit Me Baby One More Time playing in the background of the video, Katy and Adam could be seen dancing and lip-syncing along.

At one point in the video, Katy even lifted up her miniskirt to flash some “booty shorts” she was wearing underneath.

They captioned the video: “He'll say: she made me do it! She'll say: this is among the best hours we've ever had. Thoroughly enjoyed reenacting the #britneyspears #hitme era! All we'll add is they don't make bubble gum as bubbly as they used to.

“What's this in aid of? Well we've just launched tickets to our second DextersDaylightDisco with @kitchendiscodj on Saturday 20th September... 5-9pm party, kebab at 9 bed by 10! It's the future! And all the tunes are the best throwbacks!

“We know many of you aren’t local but if you want an excuse to visit us @dexterandjones this could be it! If you'd like tickets just paste the link or jump on stories .... let the disco see the daylight!! Oh and lil thanks to @empowerdance_ for the modesty booty shorts.”

Reacting to the video, one person wrote: “Haha love their energy.” Someone else added: “Obsessed.” A third then chimed in: “You two are on fire!”
