Alton fire: Two elderly people killed in horror house blaze as police appeal for witnesses

Two pensioners have tragically died after a fire erupted inside a home in Hampshire.

Emergency services raced to a property in Heron Close, Alton, Hampshire, in the early hours of Monday morning.

Sadly, the two victims were pronounced dead at the scene of the tragedy.
