Liver detox methods
Experts said that liver detox can be done by staying on a liquid diet. Juice and liquid things have to be consumed in this. Green coriander juice and corn silk water also help in detoxifying the liver. But this should be consumed only for 2 to 3 days and on the advice of your expert. Apart from this, staying on only a fruit diet also helps in this. Eat fruits like Ashgourd juice, apple, pear and banana.

Along with this, adopt a healthy lifestyle and do yoga or exercise. Drink the right amount of water daily. Eat light food twice and fruits twice. Apart from this, olive oil therapy can also help in liver detox. Before sleeping at night, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a cup of milk or water and drink it. Amla and aloe vera juice are also beneficial in this.
Soak 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander and a quarter teaspoon celery in water overnight, boil it in the morning, add lemon juice to it and drink it. This becomes a liver detox drink. Along with this, it also helps in bringing glow on the skin.
