Former Indian cricketer Ajay Jadeja has warned the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), claiming that they should be wary of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) ahead of their showdown in the IPL 2025 on Saturday at the Chinnaswamy Stadium. Jadeja acknowledged that RCB are playing wonderful cricket but reckons the Super Kings shouldn't be counted out.
The Royal Challengers have almost sealed a spot in the playoffs as they are third in the standings with seven wins in ten matches. The Bengaluru-based franchise made a unique record this year of winning their first six away matches of the season, becoming the first team in history to achieve the feat. By contrast, CSK shockingly became the first team to be knocked out of playoff race this year.

Speaking on Star Sport, Jadeja said:
"Agar peeli team itni nahin jeeti hai toh, kabhi na kabhi toh jeetegi. Usse darna chahiye RCB ko. Khel toh RCB accha rahi hai, isme koi doubt nahin hai. Lekin CSK ko count mat kijiye."
(If the Men in Yellow are not winning much, they will win sometime. RCB should be afraid of that. No doubt RCB are playing good cricket but don't count out RCB.)
RCB had defeated CSK earlier in the season
Meanwhile, the Royal Challengers had defeated the Super Kings earlier in the tournament by 50 runs, registering their first win at the Chepauk since the inaugural edition.
On their current form, RCB will back themselves to repeat that win against the five-time champions.
