Today, we are talking about Makhana's Rabri, which becomes everyone's favorite with its special taste. You must have tasted Makhana's Kheer, but perhaps you have not enjoyed its Rabri, so do not miss this opportunity this time. You must try making it at home. It is easy to make and does not take much time. Its taste is better than any mawa sweet. Makhana is also beneficial for health. Consuming it fulfills the deficiency of calcium and strengthens the bones. Along with this, the digestive capacity also improves.

Ingredients
Makhana - 1 cup
Milk - half a liter
Dates - 1 cup ground
Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Mixed dry fruits - 1 tablespoon
Recipe
- First of all, turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan gets hot, add 2 teaspoons of ghee and add 1 cup of makhana.
- Roast the makhanas on a low flame till they become crispy and golden brown. Put the roasted makhana in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely.
- Now place a deep pan on the gas and pour half a liter of milk in it and let it boil for some time on medium flame.
- When the milk boils well, add coarsely ground makhana and one cup ground dates and cook them for 15 minutes.

- When the mixture starts thickening, add cardamom powder and dry fruits roasted in ghee.
- Now cook it on low flame for 5 minutes and keep stirring continuously.
- Your delicious Makhana Rabri is ready. Serve it hot in a plate.
