In an unconventional approach to job hunting, a man hilariously made a half-printed resume saying "Hire me to unlock full potential".
The resume has now gone viral and first featured on social media platform Reddit. It revealed only part of the job applicant's face and a generic career objective. The rest of the page was blank with the message.
Other Reddit user responded to the humourous post saying, “They’re going to email you back a lootbox that has a 0.01% chance of containing an offer.” Another quipped that it looked like “The printer paused to ask for payment before printing the rest.”
A few others saw genuine genius in creativity. “I won’t even pretend this isn’t one of the most clever things I have seen in ages,” a user said, adding: “If I were a recruiter, I’d 100% be giving you a call for an interview. Might not hire you, but that got you right into my office, without question.”
It is unclear, though, whether the resume was a calculated marketing ploy or a printer malfunction turned meme.
