The multi-party Indian delegation visiting USA would be carrying a dossier to underscore the fact that Pakistan is epicentre of terrorism that is even linked to 9/11 and slain Al-Qaeda chief Osma Bin Laden was hunted by US forces in Abbottabad.
This dossier was part of the briefing done by Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri on Friday to the four visiting multi-party delegations travelling to various countries, sources said.
The dossier is meant to drive home the point that not only India alone is not the victim of Pakistan sponsored terrorism, this menace had even hit the global financial capital New York, sources said.
Similarly, the visiting delegation of Indian parliamentarians to the Arab World will also highlight how terrorism has impacted Islamic nations as well, sources added.

And the agreement was bilateral.
In almost all dossiers, it has been advised to emphatically explain India’s rationale and reasoning behind putting Indus Water Treaty in abeyance.
The composition of delegation for led by Tharoor has been done smartly. It has G M Harish Balayogi (TDP) who has worked in United States similarly Shashank Mani Tripathi (BJP), Milind Deora (Shiv Sena) also have connections in the United States.
