WhatsApp takes care of the privacy of its users. For this, it keeps working on new updates from time to time. Recently, a special feature has been seen on the Android beta version of WhatsApp. The platform is testing this new feature. This feature is related to media saving. After its launch, the photos and videos sent will not be automatically saved in the receiver's device. Currently, testing is going on on this feature. It will be started soon. Read the full details of how you will benefit from this feature.
A new feature of WhatsApp?
With the help of this feature, you will have more control over the chat. The media files you send will not be saved in the other person's phone without permission. Till now, the sent files used to be saved in the receiver's device. But after this update, you will be able to decide for yourself whether they will be in auto-save mode or not.
This is how this feature will work.
This feature will work like a Disappearing Message. Through this feature, the user sending the photo will be able to decide whether the receiver of his sent photo-video or message will be able to save it or not. This will prevent media files from being saved. Apart from this, exporting or forwarding the chat will also not be possible.
Use Meta AI
If you turn on the privacy setting, it will be considered a part of 'Advanced Chat Privacy'. After this, they will not be able to use Meta AI in that chat. Currently, this entire system is in the testing phase. There is a possibility that it can be started for all users soon.
The upcoming feature will benefit you a lot, the tension of accidentally sent photos will also end. Because with the arrival of this feature, the other person will not be able to save those photos.
