GUJCET 2026: Important news for students seeking admission to degree/diploma courses in pharmacy and engineering in Gujarat. The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has released the schedule for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2026. The exam will be held on March 29, 2026, in a single shift from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This state-level entrance exam is conducted for admission to degree and diploma programs in engineering and pharmacy.
The Gujarat Board has stated that the GUJCET 2026 application form and information booklet will be made available soon on the official website, gseb.org. Candidates will be able to fill the online application form as per the schedule released by the board.
Medium of the GUJCET Exam
Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) question papers will be available in three languages: Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Students will be able to choose the medium of study as per their convenience.
GUJCET Exam Pattern
The question paper will consist of multiple-choice questions covering Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology. The exam will be conducted for 120 minutes, with a total of 80 questions. Each subject will have 40 questions, each carrying 2 marks.
Maths and Biology will be conducted as separate papers, each containing 40 questions carrying 40 marks and a 50-minute duration.
